1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Driveway Storage (the “Site”), operated by Inbound Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service (Agency Disclosure)

Inbound Enterprises LLC acts strictly as a booking agent and lead generator for third-party portable storage providers. We facilitate the scheduling and initial booking of services. We do not own, operate, or maintain the storage containers, nor do we perform the physical delivery or moving services.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

Your contract for the physical lease, storage, and transport of containers is directly between you and the Third-Party Provider. You will be required to sign a separate Lease Agreement with the provider prior to delivery. Inbound Enterprises LLC is not a party to that lease.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• No Booking Fee: We do not charge customers a fee for using our booking platform.

• Fulfillment: All payments, deposits, and billing are handled directly by the Third-Party Provider.

• Cancellations: Cancellation policies and fees are determined by the specific provider assigned to your booking. You must contact the provider directly to modify or cancel an order.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbound Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any damage to personal property or real estate during delivery or transit.

• Missed delivery windows or service delays by the provider.

• The conduct or safety of the provider’s employees or equipment.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montana.

5. SMS & Communication Consent (TCPA)

By submitting a form on our Site, you provide express written consent to receive outbound phone calls and text messages (SMS) from Driveway Storage and our partners to facilitate your booking. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
